HOW TO MAKE DIY PAPER BAG

Paper bags are all the rage at the moment. With bans on plastic and zero-waste mentality taking over, this easy DIY trick can contribute to reducing your plastic footprint.

If you're crafty as well as keen on conserving resources, you can learn some techniques to fold used wrapping paper or other recyclables into a one-of-a-kind gift bag. That's right. We're going to learn how to make a bag with paper.

What you need 
   -Manila Card
   -Glue
   -Colour Paper
   -Maker Pen
   -Cutter

Step 1 : Measure the width of your gift.Once you know how much                paper you need, fold the manila paper in half. Seal with                    glue and fold the bottom and up.

Step 2 : Open the bottom end so the inside of the paper is                              revealed.Fold the left and right edges in, then fold the top                and bottom in as well.Use glue to seal all of the fold

Step 3 : Flip the bag and open

Step 4 : For paper straps, cut a colour paper and then fold it and                    glue it at the top of paper bag.

Step 5 : Design the paper bag using your own creativity

Tip & Hack
* Your paper bag should be twice as tall as it as wide
* You can always add a pierce of cardboard to the bottom of the bag to make it more sturay
