Ramadhan without " Bazaar Ramadhan "

Every year, Muslims will celebrate Ramadhan month. Muslims will be fasting for the whole month of Ramadhan that is full of specialties because it is the month where Muslims get even closer to Allah SWT. During the Ramadhan month, Muslims will go for Tarawih prayer and also go to the place where people who are not even Muslim go to find various types of foods and drinks which is Bazaar Ramadhan. Unfortunately, for this year 2020, there will be a major difference to all Muslims to get the Ramadhan they have like before due to the Movement Control Order (MCO) because of the Covid-19 outbreak.

This year, Ramadhan's vibe will be a slight difference from last year because we can't do our normal activities during Ramadhan month. Due to this Covid-19 outbreak, the government decided to close all mosques and also Bazaar Ramadhan. For that, we can't go to the Bazaar Ramadhan to buy our favorite meal or even go for Bazaar hunting with our loved ones. We also can't buy our usual Bazaar food that only Ramadhan vibe has such as Ayam Percik, Murtabak, Nasi Kerabu, and many more types of food and drinks.

Since there is no bazaar this year, we still have the alternative to replace conventional Ramadhan bazaars like drive-thru and pick-and-pack. Under the drive-thru model, traders would be divided into groups, and food will be pre-packaged. The pick-and-pack model allows consumers to make their pre-orders online with traders via platforms operated by local authorities with electronic payment. Some states are also offering e-bazaar to replace conventional Ramadhan bazaars for this year. Even though we prefer conventional bazaar, but our health is more important, right?

So the sad feeling that we going through for this Ramadhan is a reminder for us to always pray for the best so that we can get through this Covid-19 outbreak. And, let's pray and thank Allah for giving us health and mercy. Ameen.

PRAY FOR THEM TOO 😊
